Family Growth Ministry:

Family Events Team:

A team of individuals that plan fun family events. All types of talents are needed here. There is a saying: “The families that pray & play together stay together.”

Marriage & Family Outreach Team:

A team of individuals that reach out to families beyond our church walls and property; that creatively comes up with ideas to reach couples and families in our community. This team has an evangelistic heart in which the good news of Jesus is communicated with non-church attending families.

Healthy Marriage & Family Coaching Team:

A team of teachers and counselors with a heart for growing healthy marriages and families. Individuals on this team are gifted in teaching, speaking, organizing, counseling or simply listening. A person who joins this team loves to see God work through personal relationships.

Ministry Discovery:

Ministry Developer:

A Developer guides a Ministry Overseer in launching a new Calvary ministry. A Developer can see the “Big Picture” of an Overseer’s dream. A Developer loves to see God work through people ministering to one another.

Ministry Overseer:

An Overseer has a huge heartbeat for a particular ministry. An Overseer is the “point person” who is responsible for overall functions of a specific Calvary ministry. An Overseer sees problems that arise in ministry as “challenges needing solutions.”

Ministry Coach:

A Coach enables others to discover their talents for ministry. A Coach has the gift of teaching and will often provide instruction for the purpose of equipping other for ministry.

Ministry Connector:

A Connector connects people with ministries. A Connector meets with people, consulting them in seeking a ministry that fits their talents and gifts. They love to see people in the Family of God blossom, when a person finds their niche in the Body of Christ.

Calvary Groups Ministry:

CommUNITY is one of Christ’s highest dreams for you. It is seen in His prayer for us that we may be one as He and the Father and Holy Spirit are One. Christians are adopted into the Family of God. Families love one another, look out for each other, and encourage each other in times of need. Small Group Ministry seeks to build community within the Calvary Family.

Small Group Host: A Host provides a place for small group to meet. A host loves people and has the gift of hospitality. The host is willing to open their home, making people feel comfortable and welcome during the small group meeting.

Small Group Leader: A Leader presents or teaches biblical material and leads the small group in discussion. A leader is gifted in compassion, listening and guiding a group through a shepherding heart.

Small Group Coach: A Coach shepherds five small group leaders and will mentor, encourage, support and oversee the leaders. This will involve meeting with leaders and visiting the groups from time to time.
