WHAT DO WE DO?

Wednesday night Worship

Wednesdays from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Calvary Youth's Worship Night takes place Wednesdays from 6:30PM - 8:00PM and is open to all 6th through 12th grade students. This is a large gathering of students from the community for the purpose of expressing love to God and learning how to reflect the Son, Jesus Christ, in their everyday life. Our night consists of fun games, powerful worship, inspiring teaching from God's Word, and breakout groups for each grade. We want to give every student an opportunity to know Jesus Christ personally and to grow in their faith. This is a great place to come to meet with your friends and grow in your knowledge of God.

Sunday School

Sundays from 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Sunday School begins at 9:00 AM on Sundays before the worship service. Our teachers are committed to loving students and teaching the word of God. The purpose of our Sunday school is to disciple students who attend, challenging them to go deeper in their faith and grow in their knowledge of Christ.

Our current Sunday school study is on apologetics. It's accessible for both middle and high schoolers but is meant to challenge the youth to grow in their knowledge and faith.

SMALL GROUPS

Small groups afford Christian students an opportunity for fellowship with fellow believers, growing both closer together as believers and friends but also growing closer to God through bible study, discussion, and fun events. These groups consisting of a tight group of Christian friends and leaders ideally meet outside of church during the week in order to have an extra avenue of spiritual exposure and support.

The purpose of our small groups is a depth of fellowship that isn't typically available at other youth events. All of the youth are encouraged to become a part of an existing small group or create their own with a leader and other Calvary Youth students at a time and location that's comfortable for them. A consistent place for Christians to grow deeper in faith together, hold each other accountable, and show love and support for each other, is a helpful and necessary part of developing one's faith no matter their age.
